Some people hate the cart, some people love it. Sometimes it brings people new equipment they've been asking for for 3 years. Sometimes it comes to take their equipment away to a new cube, away from all their friends. The cart makes people laugh and cry. People seize up in anticipation / anxiety when they see the cart. The cart is a mystery.
