i'm designing an art competition calendar and we're featuring tiny blurbs each month about artists who are not traditional artists (painters/sculptors etc) more like fashion designers (prada), industrial designers (those of alessi), architects (IM Pei), etc. This is the illustration I made for prada (oh how i love to trace stuff in illustrator w/ my trusty wacom tablet <3)

oh this sounds like such a fun project! do you get to pick which designers you feature or do you already have a list?
we all kind of decided together on a list of who we were going to feature, so that was cool. it is a fun project, but the process of designing a calendar is a pain in the butt! but the end result is always worth it.
that is really fucking cool. i'm jealous. I can't wait to finally get a wacom for christmas.
those shoes in that collection are amazing. when they came out, i kinda wished i was a woman so i could get them. a very rich woman.
i spend a lot of time wishing i was a very rich woman..........
